It’s a Center of excellence across both the Employee Protection Services and the Strategic Partnership Channel supporting both new and existing business and ensure we're capitalizing on our product in market through growth & retention

The Associate Manager of B2B Content will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that positions our company as a thought leader and trusted expert in identity protection within the employee benefits and financial services spaces.

This role will create engaging, educational, and impactful content tailored for HR decision-makers, benefits leaders, and other business audiences.

Success will be measured through increased brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and content-driven opportunities that reinforce our market leadership.

Deliver whitepapers for B2B audiences in employee benefits and financial services industries

Create and distribute new B2B articles

Leverage owned content to generate impressions in B2B media outlets

Provide copywriting support for custom sales pitch decks
Essential Functions

Develop and manage B2B content creation and deployment on AIP website including blog articles, whitepapers, product information, etc.

Create a range of high-quality content (white papers, blog posts, case studies, webinars, etc.) that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Explore new content topics to engage buyers in Strategic Partnership Channel target verticals such as financial services, elder care, healthcare, and breach response

Lead distribution strategy for B2B content to ensure it reaches key audiences

Work cross-functionally to collect AIP-owned data and insights to fuel and differentiate content

Deliver copywriting for various Commercialization & Engagement tactics and activities, especially the growing number of projects initiated for specific Sales opportunities and client-specific marketing needs

Partner with Allstate teams to repurpose content for PR/earned media, speaking engagements, thought leadership, and other activities

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and resonates with the target audience.

Use qualitative insights (e.g., audience feedback, client needs) and quantitative data (e.g., website traffic, engagement metrics, content ROI) to optimize content strategies.

Track and report on key performance metrics, such as content reach, engagement rates, downloads, and the impact of content on lead generation and pipeline growth.
Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma mandatory

Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in a content strategy or development position focusing on B2B audience

Proven experience in content creation across various formats, including long-form and digital media

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency with content analytics tools and performance tracking
