Job Description
We’re looking for a summer intern to join our Transformation team. The Customer Experience Communication Specialist Intern will support employee communication and engagement strategies to accelerate our customer- obsessed culture. Refresh how we package and use customer insights to inform strategic decisions and evaluate employee activation tactics.
Responsibilities

Refresh Customer Insights Hub

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, visual representations, video communications.

Support CX immersion events, experiences for employees in various departments, customer call listening, breakouts, executing and creating events and immersions. Support the CX summit event planning.

Demonstrate a positive, open and flexible mindset during times of change and ambiguity

Reputation & Brand Management: Understand and consider reputational impacts in planning and communications; protect and build the brand’s reputation with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, preferably in communication, business, marketing, design, or related field

Start Date: May/June 2025

Strong cross-collaboration and communication skills; attention to detail and organization; ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities; ability to successfully manage and deliver results under short timelines

Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Canva, Video Editing, or other creative software.
