Primary Purpose:
This position is responsible for transporting Integon employees and guests/visitors across the international border crossing from corporate housing, airport or train station to office locations and vice versa.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Inspect vehicle daily ensuring cleanliness, proper operating condition and in compliance with all state and local laws.
- Punctual and safety focused driving across the international border to NGIC office location, transporting executives.
- Help NGIC Executives to get migration permits and visas while crossing international border.
- Shipping, receiving and transport, either local or international, of persons or materials ordered by the different departments as requested.
- Schedule transportation services, requested thru approved process.
- Support HR and Accounting to deliver and or receive official paperwork from different government departments such as Secofi, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Customs, Migration, Social Security, Infonavit, Sar, Banks, etc.
- Managing vehicle gas cards.
- Manage and report expiration of insurance coverage, registration, etc.
- Support Facilities in administrative activities and small repairs.
- Support Facilities in parking space management.
Minimum Skills and Competencies:

- Valid driver’s license. Must also meet and maintain NGIC driver’s eligibility requirements
- Must be able to work a varied schedule. Some night, weekend and on-call hours are required
