Job Description
The role holder is responsible for gaining the Trust and Respect of Digital of product manager, Senior leadership while being able to deliver solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The overall objective of this role is to be an integral part of the Procurement Team working on SAP Ariba Solutions as well as other Procurement applications like Fieldglass and Concur ensuring smooth end to end business processes using industry standard and best practices to help achieve Organization vision.
- Interact with Procurement Product owners to understand the business and technical requirements, contribute to the development of the product roadmap, develop high level design, and lead the development of select modules for the applications to meet business requirements in Procurement Business area (Ariba/Fieldglass/Concur).
- Hands-on experience on Ariba Upstream modules/processes – Ariba Sourcing (RFI/RFP/Auctions), Contract Management, Contract Compliance, DocuSign
- Hands-on experience on Ariba Downstream modules/process – Ariba Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Approval flow configuration, Master data integration, Buying & Invoicing, Business Network
- A very good understanding of SAP Applications – Ariba Source to Pay, Fieldglass, Concur and Vendor Invoice Management
- Integration Knowledge and understanding the business processes of SAP Ariba, Cloud Integration Gateway, Fieldglass, Concur, VIM and ECC or S/4 HANA applications.
- Build relationship with the business team, assist in helping to identify and resolve Technical challenges or Process gaps with best industry standard solutions.
- Ability to contribute to the continuous development of self and other team members Technical/business acumen
- Assist in the management and delivering of Large/Medium/Small size projects
- Participate in internal/cross functional discussions, Agile team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, specifications, technical reviews for assigned modules in an Agile environment.
- Apply knowledge of technology application methodologies process and tools to support Business requirements, with an aim to reduce complexity and Process Optimization
- Develop understanding of Functional/Non-functional aspects of applications/Processes and help business in value added activities by introducing automations as needed and deliver the same.
- Facilitate the team’s progress by periodically taking up capability building sessions for the team members, playing an important role in enhancing their Functional/Technical skills and keeping the team focused on the goals.
- Experience in Team management and Stake holder management skills. Strong Organization and Time management skills.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / University degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA), Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
- 10 to15 Years of working experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing, SLP , Contract Management and Procure to Pay modules along with good understanding on SAP Fieldglass, Concur and VIM Business processes.
