Your role in the team
A lead consultant engineer – typically provides expertise across all major functions for their dedicated area and delivers product features utilizing vended software, by applying knowledge of the application functionality and client business processes.
In this role you will have full stack developer skills, capable of designing and creating services to optimise the use of the vended software.
The role creates technical and process designs and configures vendor software for new or existing complex enterprise-wide and business-unit applications and maintenance efforts. The Lead Consultant is also aware of vendor feature roadmaps and understands how to navigate support processes and developer groups to gain insight and influence future direction.
Key Responsibilities:

When necessary, conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and provide strategic consulting on Akamai services.

Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for clients and internal teams.

Essential Criteria:
