The Learning and Development Professional Job Family is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing wide learning deliverables, processes, and programs.
The Learning and Development Sr. Consultant II is responsible to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate learning and development training programs and activities to meet organizational requirements. Conducts needs assessments and designs learning plans, content, processes, and systems in response to organizational learning needs. Manages learning project and program execution of moderate complexity, including the implementation of tactical change to drive results.
