Job Description
This role advises the adjusters and team management on the obtainment of adjuster licenses, maintains information for the license website, and works with the DOIs on licenses. The individual is also expected to deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention.
Key Responsibilities

Performs follow-up when there is a non-compliance issue.

Verifies and advises on continuing education compliance.

Processes new and renewal license application.
-
Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs.

Assist in formulation of policies and procedures (licensing guidelines) and editing of policies.

Provide direction to licensee to update resident, business, mailing and e-mail addresses.
-
Follow up on additional requests from the DOI to ensure license issuance.

Audits vendor for proper licenses
-
Participate in industry licensing group through SILA to stay updated on industry changes.
Functional Skills
-
Knowledge in regular and emergency licensing laws and regulations
-
High level of organization and follow-up skills
-
Knowledge of NextGen license reports preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Intermediate oral and written communication skills.
Education
• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 years’ experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $18.27 – 31.25 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
