Job Description
- This is a 9 month, full-time, exempt Talent Share with a time commitment of 100%.
- Exempt candidates will be considered for this role.
- The candidate will be working virtually/from home during the Talent Share.
- Interested employees should have a conversation with their immediate manager and approval before applying for this opportunity.
- Claims candidates must also have approval up through CSA Leadership.
- Service Delivery (CCC, ISC, RMBC, ASIC, GEM/ASA) employees must also have director-level approval before applying for this Talent Share.
What You Will Do
The Performance Operations CSL supports the business unit in the continued implementation of Efficiency and Accuracy commitments and is responsible for deepening the adoption of action plans, systems, and tools.
What You Will Learn
Performance Consultants who provide coaching, guidance, training, and thought leadership. They ensure individuals and managers have the necessary training, problem-solving skills, mindsets, and operational behaviors to support the operation strategy
• Develops collaborative consulting relationships that help to achieve business outcomes, commitments, and long-term sustainability
• Supports implementation efforts of action plans to include follow up and validation of plans
• Collaborates on the advancement of root cause problem solving processes and systems through the business including problem identification, prioritization, and solutions
• Accountable for all operational tasks including planning, scheduling, data collection, and analysis of results
• Builds, cultivates, and maintains business relationships to advance problem solving within assigned area
• Leads operational assessments, assists with corrective action planning, and assists with improvement execution until process changes are fully confirmed and embedded in activity and behaviors

Experience in either Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement in a service environment
• Experience in training and coaching frontline employees and leaders
• Experience in cross AOR disciplines (Auto, Property, Casualty, Express)
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio for Organizational Design only)
• Advanced ability to deliver presentations to executive level leaders
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
• Advanced working knowledge the change management process and exhibits leadership in establishing structured methodologies
• Advanced collaborative consulting that maximizes the achievement of business objectives
