We are actively looking to hire a Manager, Finance Compliance who will be accountable for leading, directing a team that defines, implements, and prioritizes Finance compliance control procedures and best practices for enterprise policies owned by Finance.
Accountabilities:
Analysis and Monitoring
· Leads and directs analysis required to isolate, describe, and resolve real and potential threats that can affect the financial control environment.
· Leads the monitoring of financial impact and exposure based on emerging issues and risks.
· Leads financial impact and/or risk assessment analysis (e.g. internal controls and compliance with regulations) and assists with developing recommendations and/or mitigation and resolution strategies for senior leadership decision-making.

· Evaluates emerging trends, threats, and technologies with an impact on financial operations and develops recommendations for leadership decision-making.
· Communicates with stakeholders to meet customer service and other performance and compliance programs and requirements.
Process Improvement
· Plans, designs, and implements finance compliance processes for the organization, including programs to quantify and mitigate risks.
· Analyzes processes and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Establishes and maintains awareness of compliance strategies and programs.
· Improves compliance decision-making through internal control frameworks, risk controls, and monitoring.
· Maintains relationships with internal and external auditors to support the validation of compliance controls.
People Management
· Leads and directs a team that defines, implements, and prioritizes Finance compliance control procedures and best practices for enterprise policies owned by Finance (e.g. financial control framework, testing framework, SOX guidelines, and routine updates for reporting purposes, process implementation, etc.).
· Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment, selection, training, development, performance management, and recognition.
· Provides input into strategic, tactical, and operational plans for the department.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting
· 3+ years of experience as a Senior Compliance Analyst or Internal / External Auditor.
· 1+ years of people management experience with cross-functional teams.
· Expertise in compliance and risk management, including monitoring adherence to internal accounting policies, processes, and legal and regulatory requirements.
· Business process and workflow management.
· Stakeholder management.
· Leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
· Interpersonal, oral, and written communication and influencing skills.
· Analytical, strategic and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
