Job Description
Data, Discovery & Decision Science’s (D3) Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance team serve as Data Strategy Business Architects to shepherd the maturity and adoption of data capabilities.
Data capabilities refer to Allstate’s ability to effectively manage and utilize data to achieve its strategic objectives. They are critical building blocks in an AI ecosystem that delights our customers and runs our business. Sophisticated enterprise data capabilities support achievement of strong, sustainable business outcomes and create competitive advantage and differentiation through best-in-class data practices, behaviors, and tools.
The Data Analytics Lead Consultant is responsible for influencing business strategy and supporting the achievement of business outcomes through data capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Creates user playbooks and change management artifacts to drive adoption of new datasets and digital products.
- Manages digital product user community, including hosting onboarding sessions, collecting user feedback and pain points, and authoring user success stories.
- Translates business outcomes into prioritized data capability requirements, including outcomes that advance the Financial Data Strategy and D3 Insight Engines.
- Partners with digital product teams to build required capability features and drive user adoption and change management.
- Measures data capability maturity and validates achievement of business outcomes.
- Partners with other data capability owners to apply common frameworks and coordinate shared storytelling to internal and external partners.
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience (preferred)
- Undergraduate degree/MA/MBA in Business or related field
- Financial acumen and analysis experience preferred
- Power BI experience preferred

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 – 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
