One Network Lead Consultant

Job Description
This role will perform field-related activities for growing and sustaining the one network in one or more markets, managing network performance to exceed customer and provider expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead local service provider sourcing and recruitment, education, validation, onboarding, support, and relationship development and communications
• May have indirect vendor management over Contingent workers
• Proactively identify network performance improvements using data and analytics tools provided by the central operations team
• Promote a culture of high performance, collaboration, learning, and skillful innovation and evolution
• Participate in the regional leadership team, regularly sharing observations and ideas and contributing to the evolution of business strategy and practices
• Be accountable for achieving local network performance targets (timeliness, quality, customer satisfaction, severity savings, etc.)
• Individual will typically have at least one complex market that they support/manage and is accountable for the results of his/her individual performance. Complex markets are defined as including high volume, high out of network severity, large geographies, natural disaster zones, and/or difficult to retain networks
• Establish and monitor team and individual performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Ensure team members receive timely and appropriate training and development
• Manage loss control and fraud detection
This role may include occasional travel for vendor engagement, industry trade shows, and regional team meetings—offering valuable opportunities for networking and professional development.
California and Nevada residents are highly encouraged to apply.

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 – 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
