Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Consultant to join our growing media team. As a Growth Media Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI. You will play a crucial role in shaping our paid search strategy and contributing to the overall success of our media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing all elements of paid search campaigns including keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign creation
· Develop daily and weekly reporting to inform overall performance
· Identify opportunities for testing within advertising platforms
· Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential search terms
· Create compelling ad copy and identify opportunities for A/B copy testing
· Perform account health maintenance tasks such as weekly search query reports
· Benchmark campaign results against historical as well as competitive results and always stay ahead of industry and competitive trends
· Drive strong financial performance of budget management focusing in on growth opportunities new business sales and customer lifetime value
· Drive constant data-driven optimization of campaigns and incorporate learnings to improve performance
· Ensure campaign tracking/tagging is implemented to capture all necessary data points
· Ability to work within a group dynamic and provide support on QA efforts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· 3 or more years of related experience
· Experience working in high-volume accounts preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
· Google Ads Certification
· Microsoft Ads Certification
Functional Skills
· Experience working in paid search platforms such as Google and Bing Ads
· Experience with bidding platforms such as Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin
· Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
· Experience with competitive insight tools such as Adthena and SEMRush
· Budget Management – Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis
· Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques
· Team player with strong organizational and project management skills
· Ability to think strategically and execute at a tactical level equally well
· Ability to influence decision-making in a highly matrix environment
· Ability to be proactive in opportunities to drive performance
· Advanced communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations

Compensation offered for this role is $47,440.00 – 81,902.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
