Essential Functions:

Develop and manage relationships and pipelines, promoting and representing AIP’s brand image and services to prospective brokers, consultants, and employer groups within assigned target brokers.

Develop, manage, and perform to meet EPS (Employee Protection Solutions) revenue goals within the assigned territories and across pre-determined national broker and consultant relationships.

As a target account owner, partner with broker & consultant relations to internally operationalize relationships, socialize and communicate best practices to EPS stakeholders and manage accountability with sales team.

May also be responsible for running an assigned target account or accounts.

As a target account owner, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership on sales strategy and tactics; spot issues early on, manage short term versus long term priorities, help position organization’s value prop in market, overcome channel challenges, identify root issues in the sales process, for assigned target account(s).

Partner with internal operations leadership when necessary to ensure a seamless experience for key national accounts and connect internal SMEs with national account counterparts.

Support effective utilization of EPS leadership, implementation and account management team resources including proposal documents, product materials, ecosystem agreements, etc. for successful front-end sales process.

Actively prepare, participate, and assist in the closing of finalist meetings within own regional territory and, if needed, for key national brokerage and consultant prospects.

Coordinate with internal departments for the education and training of assigned national accounts, consultants (phone, in-person, webinar).

Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunity status and revenue projections through the sales process, start to finish. This includes creating personal reports to quantify data. This also includes Target Account updates.

Work closely with AIP’s Operations and Marketing/Communication teams to meet client communication requirements and ensure successful project completion
Required Education, Skills, and Experiences:
