Job Description
The Allstate Benefits Trainer II position is responsible for new hire onboarding and enhanced training opportunities for existing employees, and external distribution and service partners, including agents, brokers, enrollment firms, and benefit admin partners. This position is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of online training resources, task/procedural documentation, virtual classroom training, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives designed to enhance staff performance and organizational efficiencies
- Effectively develop and deliver comprehensive training curriculum focusing on product portfolio, systems, business model processes, and enrollment
- Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted training initiatives including classroom training, online training, and distance learning initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate online documentation, research tools, and web-based training resources for sales and operation departments
- Mentor/train less experienced team members

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
