However, we need a third resourceful, strategic individual to join our Technology Talent Sourcing Team and help us shape the future of talent acquisition at Allstate.
The Technical Sourcing Specialist likes to win, has a consultative approach, ask smart questions, and can lead conversations with all levels of the organization, adding value to the business along the way. This sourcing sensei is not satisfied with keeping their mastery under wraps, instead bursting with excitement to share their sourcing secrets to develop an elite team that works and wins together.
This consultant has several resources at their disposal including: a strategic research team, an employer brand/recruitment marketing team, and a band of technical and analytic gurus to keep things running smoothly. The person who fills this role will understand the importance of building proactive and sustainable talent pipelines through methods such as: database mining, cold-calling, social/professional networks, and complex internet searching methods.

- 2-4 years of Information Technology recruiting and/or sourcing experience
- Highly skilled, innovative thinker, and able to lead and direct conversations with all levels of an organization
- Previous experience, consulting with internal or external clients on their hiring needs
- Previous talent pipelining experience, highly preferred
- Experience using sourcing tools such as is required
- Experience using a CRM is highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
